Privacy Notice

Version 1.0 · Effective 23 October 2026

This notice explains what personal data is processed when you use the Clinical R&D Forecasting Environment at researcharena.tech and aifor.aeah.ai, why it is processed, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Consult Sciences Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17155547, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). Data protection contact: contact@consultsciences.com.

2. What this service is, and what it does not collect

The environment is a research prototype for evidence-grounded design review and pre-registered forecasting in clinical R&D. It is built on synthetic fixtures: the programmes, analysts, evidence records and model panels shown in the interface are illustrative test data, not real confidential programmes.

No patient-level data. The service does not accept, request or store patient records, special-category health data, or any information about identifiable individuals.

3. What we process

CategoryWhat it isWhy
Pre-registration record The program identifier, the projected values, the evidence identifiers relied on, a content hash and a timestamp. No account and no name are attached. To pre-register a forecast before a readout so it can later be scored honestly. This record is published as part of the public ledger.
Contact message Whatever you type into the contact form: your name, email address, subject and message. To reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry.
Server logs IP address, user agent, requested path, response code and timestamp. Security and availability of the service.

The service sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no third-party scripts, and loads all fonts from this server.

4. Lawful basis

5. Who else sees it

Hosting is provided by a single virtual private server operated for us in the EU. We use no advertising, profiling or analytics processors. Contact messages may pass through our mail provider so that they reach the monitored inbox. We do not sell personal data and we do not transfer it for marketing.

6. Retention

7. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, or to ask a question about this notice, write to contact@consultsciences.com or use the contact form. We answer within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, your national authority.

8. Security

Traffic is served over TLS. The application sets a strict content security policy, transport-security headers and a restrictive referrer policy, and refuses static paths that escape the public directory. No system is perfectly secure: if you believe your interaction with the service has been compromised, contact us at the address above.

9. Changes

If the processing changes in a way that affects personal data, this notice is updated and the version and effective date above change with it.
