Research use only. This is an evidence-grounded design-review and forecasting prototype. Nothing in it is medical, regulatory, legal or investment advice, and it must not be used as the sole basis for a clinical, regulatory, commercial or investment decision.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of the Clinical R&D Forecasting Environment operated by Consult Sciences Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17155547 with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. What the service is
The environment presents clinical-development programmes, the evidence behind design flags, projections for readout outcomes, and the divergence between analyst and model views. It also lets you pre-register a projection before a readout so that it can later be scored against what happened.
The dataset shipped with this deployment is a synthetic fixture set assembled for research and demonstration. Programme names, sponsors, analysts and model identifiers are illustrative. Do not treat any figure shown here as a statement about a real product, company or person.
3. Pre-registrations are public and irrevocable
A pre-registration is a commitment: it records a forecast, the evidence identifiers relied on and a content hash, before the outcome is known. Once written, the record is published in the ledger, is part of a public audit trail, cannot be edited or withdrawn, and is retained permanently. It contains no account, name or other personal data — see the Privacy Notice. Do not pre-register anything you are not content to see published in that form.
4. No warranty; accuracy limits
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Projections are probabilistic judgements, not predictions of fact. Evidence links, base rates and scores may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and the fixture dataset is synthetic by design. Verify anything consequential against the primary source.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not submit personal data about other people, patient data, or confidential programme information through the contact form or any input field.
- Do not scrape the service in a way that degrades it for others, or re-publish the fixture dataset as if it were real-world data.
- Do not misrepresent a projected or scored figure as a regulatory finding or as advice to a third party.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its interface, its source code and the fixture dataset are the property of Consult Sciences Ltd and its licensors, and are made available to you for use of the service only — no licence to copy, modify or redistribute is granted. Components and type faces used under open licences are acknowledged in the footer of the application. Text and figures you submit through the contact form remain yours; you grant us permission to use them to answer you.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any decision taken in reliance on the service or its projections. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw the service, in whole or in part, at any time. We publish a version number and effective date with these terms and update them when the service or the law changes; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
